By creating an account or using Cardboard Cove ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. Cardboard Cove is operated by Cardboard Cove LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
Cardboard Cove monitors PSA population report data for trading cards specified by you and sends notifications when population counts change. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of population data. Population counts are sourced from PSA's publicly available data and may not reflect real-time updates. We are not affiliated with PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) or Collectors Universe.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
Cardboard Cove offers a free tier (up to 3 cards monitored) and a paid Flipper plan ($4.99/month, unlimited cards). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Cardboard Cove provides population data notifications only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Card values fluctuate based on many factors. You are solely responsible for your own buying and selling decisions. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from reliance on information provided by the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardboard Cove and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alerts will be delivered within any particular timeframe. Population data checks occur once daily and delays may occur.
The Cardboard Cove name, logo, and Service are owned by Cardboard Cove LLC. PSA, Professional Sports Authenticator, and related marks are trademarks of Collectors Universe. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by PSA.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@cardboardcove.com. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
