How do I cancel my subscription?+

Sign in, go to your dashboard, and click "Manage Billing." You'll be taken to the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

How often do you check pop counts?+

Once daily, typically around 10am UTC. We're working on increasing check frequency for paid plans.

Where's the cert number on my slab?+

It's the number printed on the PSA label inside your slab. Typically 8–9 digits, found in the bottom half of the label. It's also on your PSA order receipt.

I didn't receive my magic link email+

Check your spam folder. Add hello@cardboardcove.com to your contacts. If it still doesn't arrive, email us and we'll sort it out manually.
